The terms and conditions as set out herein (“Terms”) constitute, which manages and operates the Mohamed Khudoos Platform (defined below) and any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses Mohamed Khudoos Platform in any manner (“you” or “your”) or uses any current or future service or functionality or offer made available on Mohamed Khudoos Platform (“Service”), as updated from time to time.

By using the Mohamed Khudoos Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms. So please read these carefully before continuing to use the Mohamed Khudoos Platform. If these Terms are inconsistent with any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control to the extent of such inconsistency with respect to the applicable Service or utilization of the Product. These Terms govern your use of the Mohamed Khudoos Platform and transaction or dealings thereon.

The terms and conditions for usage of the Mohamed Khudoos Platform as set out herein (“Terms of Use”) specifically govern your access and use of the Mohamed Khudoos Platform, which provides a forum for you to inter alia enable you to discover, select and buy Services listed on Mohamed Khudoos Platform at the indicated price at any time, from the serviceable locations serviceable by Mohamed Khudoos.

Consulting Pricing

We periodically review and adjust all our prices. Your purchasing department should not expect to be able to negotiate lower prices while also requiring custom terms and conditions — we have many times, and most likely will, reject the order under these circumstances.

Under our current policy, we are offering :

Bronze Pricing- In this You will get “Buying Each Stock or, Selling Each Stock or, Asking for Hold Stock”.
Silver Pricing-In this You will get “Buying Each Stock or, Selling Each Stock or, Asking for Hold Stock, Plus One Stock Recommendation”.
Gold Pricing- In this You will get ” Buying Each Stock or, Selling Each Stock or, Asking for Hold Stock Plus One Stock Recommendation Further Updating For One Year”.
Platinum Pricing- In this You will get ” Buying Each Stock or Selling Each Stock or, Asking for Hold Stock, Plus One Stock Recommendation or, Three Stock Recommendation, New Stock Replacement on Non-Performance, Further Updating For Three Year”.
Diamond Pricing- In this You will get “Buying Each Stock or, Selling Each Stock or, Asking for Hold Stock, Plus One Stock Recommendation or, Three Stock Recommendation, New Stock Replacement on Non-Performance, Further Updating For Five Year, After Non-Permanence 1 yr completed refund available for the Paid Fee without Interest”.

Community Pricing

Under our current policy, we are offering :

Investor Pricing- In this You will get “per month one stock, One stock for Discussion Invest for long-term Value, Invest 1 to 10% of your Investment Portfolio Value, Capital Amount will make small money into big money, bonus dividend stocks split special income, Rs.159×12=1908 two months discount 1569 pay annually.”
Active Investor Pricing- In this You will get “Active Investor Rs.559 per month, one advance stock for discussion in basic investor category, Plus you can ask one or three stock Buy Sell or Hold, Rs.559×12= 6708 one & half months discount 5869 Pay annually”.
NOTE:- you can access basic Investor category.
Swing Trade Pricing- In this You will get “Swing Investor Rs.1559 per stock, Stock Discussion for Swing Trade on fundamental / Technical Analysis Strategy, Short Term 3 to 6 months 5% to 25%, Stoploss 5% to 15% According to your risk profil, Minimum Capital Required Five Lakhs for swing trade.”
Value Investor Pricing- In this You will get “Value Investor 9,999 per month, I will share my value investing portfolio holdings every month, you will get investor / Active investor / Swing Trade / Benefit plus, you can ask three or five stock Buy Sell Hold, you can chat with me in my free time, Rs.9,999×12=1,19,988 two months discount 99,989 pay annually.”
NOTE:- you can access basic Investor category / Active Investor/ Swing Trade.

REGISTRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

In order to use the Mohamed Khudoos Platform and/or avail the Services, you will have to register on the Platform. Registration is a one-time process. You will be eligible to further access and avail the Services only upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail from us after filling in the necessary forms and after providing the necessary details as may be required by us at the time of your registration.

You are solely authorized to operate the account created by you. Consequently, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the log in credentials of your account on the Mohamed Khudoos Platform and for restricting access to your computer/mobile/other similar devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You shall remain solely liable for all the actions undertaken through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain confidentiality of your email accounts/mobile SMSs where we may send log in PIN/password. It is recommended to change your PIN/passwords frequently.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, INACCURACIES OR ERRORS

We will try to ensure that all information and recommendations, whether in relation to the Services, offerings or otherwise (hereinafter “Information”), provided as part of this Mohamed Khudoos Platform is correct at the time of inclusion on the Mohamed Khudoos Platform, We do not guarantee the accuracy of the Information.
