Any refund on services you subscribe through Mohamed Khudoos will be governed by the Refund Policy stated below. Further, some services may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Refund

  • If you have second thoughts and decide to opt out of our service after placing it, you are free to request for a cancellation of the subscription within 24 hrs of payment.
  • We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
  • In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
  • Once the service is subscribed no refund in acceptable until the subscription is expired.
  • Time to refund to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 15 working days. However time lines for actual refund to take place and for the credit to reach your account would depend on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable).
  • Once we’ve received the returned item we will proceed to inspect it and then notify you on the status of your refund. If the return is approved will we issue a refund via your original payment method. You will then receive the refunded money within a few days depending on the payment method used.
  • Refund is processed directly to bank account of service subscriber (owner).
  • Mohamed Khudoos doesn’t guarantee the refund of token amount directly paid to property owner.
